31st dec 2007- 1st jan 2008:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! =)

went out with 4a PEEPS to TOWN. reached there around 11am.. so early la! most of the shops are still closed! (for more details, refer to clarice's blog)

then, spent time rotting and stoning and window-shopping cuz the guys went arcade..

finally, at around 430pm, met up again to go DELVIN'S place for BBQ! woohoo! =) was paiseh cuz the guys were cooking for us and they can't eat becuz of this.. so, 3 of us took over! woah.. almost CRIED cuz my eyes are hurting!! had a fun time cooking the food.. there were STEAK, PRAWNS, CHICKEN WINGS, PORK, etc... NICE! especially the chicken wings.. plus fried rice cooked by delvin's mum.. haha.. a lot of funny things happened: delvin and yiping were speaking some THAI language.. the rest of us dont understand!! =(

then, it came BLACKJACK! =) weekeong was the banker again.. but his luck was quite good! cuz i lost quite a fair bit.. delvin too! of cuz, one wont be lucky for too long.. so weekeong lost much more than me! about $30!! then during the last round, he placed a bet of $15!! OMG! that is crazy! haha..

we had countdown too! woohoo! there was the atmosphere in his house too! woah! everyone shouting 10! 9! 8! all the way to 3! 2! 1! WOO! happy! =)

and when we were going home in delvin's dad's lorry, we sort of witnessed an accident! OMG.. the impact was so great that the front passenger seat door was crushed inwards!! hopefully no one was injured! AN ACCIDENT ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE YEAR!! =( guess what's the first thing that came to jian wei's mind? TAKE DOWN THE LICENCE PLATE NO.!

and yeah..
2007 is over and we have to face 2008 now..

it's the A level year for me and it's gonna be stressful!

1st JAN 2008:

mugging session with cynthia, bernard and jinzhe! venue: JIN ZHE's PLACE! haha.. cleared bernard's doubts with maths while cynthia and jin zhe mugged chem! quite effective actually.. until after lunch when derrick came at 245pm.. played bridge, GUNBOUND! LOL.. then after that, i finished differential eqns tutorial! =) jin zhe was influenced by derrick! he didnt do much later.. played bridge at around 7 plus until close to 9pm.. went for dinner at BK at westmall.. wah.. then rushed home straight!


2nd JAN 2008:

WOAH.. first day of school! tried taking bus to school.. was very early cuz left home at 620am.. reached school around 7am..

haiz.. i really dread SCHOOL reopening again! i MISS my holidays! with 4a PEEPS and CIP ppl in class! HUAT sessions and bridge sessions!

AND, i found out that my GP tutor is my CO teacher-in-charge! (ms too suat ling) OMG.. well, at least she's much better than my previous GP tutor.. =x
maths tutor changed too, the rest same..

haiz.. i realised i MUST read more newspapers and get to know more about current affairs! i failed terribly today.. =x yeah..
this is my goal: read the newspaper everyday!! =)

i'm starting to feel the stress already..
well, my new year resolutions:
1. less GUNBOUND for me.
2. less TV.
3. less time being on the computer for MSN and blogging.

4. read newspaper and get myself updated.


it will take some time for me to adapt..
but, i MUST do it! =)
