MERRY CHRISTMAS!! =)

yesterday:

met up with 4a PEEPS at JURONG POINT at 930am!! SO EARLY YEAH?!?!
cuz we decided to catch the movie: I AM LEGEND!!! at 1020am.. haha.. as usual, the guys were at arcade DDR-ING.. so we girls went to buy the tickets and chatted while waiting for 1020..

woo! the movie started! heard from friends that it is about some vampire show.. sounds interesting.. haha. JUMPED and SCREAMED a few times because of the sound effects and scary scenes.. well, dont quite understand some parts but discussed about it and finally understood.. haha.. WANT TO KNOW MORE? read the LIFE section of yesterday's paper..

it was about 12 when the movie ended.. so went to eat lunch at KFC.. haha.. and then, actually we are supposed to go straight to MR LEE'S PLACE for movie marathon and MAHJONG session.. WELL... the guys went DDR-ING again.. argh.. wa seh, waited for quite long before they decided to stop.. ARGH!! =( made 3 girls wait for 6 guys..

finally! haha.. we then set off for MR LEE'S PLACE! =) woohoo! excited! didnt see him for long already.. reached his condo.. then started MAHJONG-ING and movie marathon.. wk and 3 of us played mahjong while the rest of the guys watched movies.. 2 movies about ZOMBIES (AGAIN!!!) and 1 comedy.. we had enough about ZOMBIES!! LOL.. woah.. PEARL had a WINNING STREAK! she kept winning! PRO and LUCKY! =) sad for me, i always only need a last tile to win but the rest won first... haha.. nvm.. most important is everybody is together and happy! =)

then, delvin said his place is having a BBQ so we went over at about 7pm.. woah.. the chicken wings are nice! but, some of them not cooked.. opps! =x they still had TIGER prawns, sotong, chicken, sausages and chesse ones too!! but, i was quite full thanks to MR LEE's snacks... so didnt eat much!

wOOhOO~!

and then came the exciting part.. HUAT AH! we started off with blackjack without gambling.. then decided to play money.. wk was the dealer and sad thing is, he kept losing!! OMG... $2, $4, $10, $8.60...... woah.. and of cuz, we kept winning! and HUAT AH!! woohoo! actually, won about 3 times my original money.. dont think its a lot.. cuz i bet only 20cents per round.. =x DELVIN and YIPING were crazy la.. dont have 30 cents then use leg hair la.. (translate to chinese) LOL.. had many rounds of laughter! HUAT AH! =)))

wah.. then wk suddenly recharged his luck and got his luck back! woah.. he got BLACKJACK a few times la.. and 21 points too.. slowly and slowly, my profits are gone and im back to square one after the whole thing.. won only 10 cents.. haha.. nvm la.. as long as everybody is together and happy! hhaa..

played til 12 midnight plus.. and i was worried cuz the only way to get home is by CAB! but... got midnight charge! wah wah.. THANKS TO DELVIN'S DAD!!! =) I'M VERY GRATEFUL THAT HE FETCHED US HOME! phew.. saved my 10 bucks.. lol.. and of cuz, THANKS DELVIN FOR SENDING ME TO MY DOORSTEP! =)

too bad, its just another week to school reopen..........................................................

20/12 Thursday: HARI RAYA HAJI!

went for CIP meeting at ulu pandan cc. it is organising games for the kids aged 5-12 and being the games co-ordinators at the various game stations. also, we have to take care of the kids'safety. discussed for about 1 hours and then bernard had to leave for his outing.

we then went to eat BRUNCH(breakfast + lunch) at our usual coffeeshop..

after that, we decided to go Plaza Sing for movie! we took bus there and played BRIDGE on the upper deck of the bus! haha.. quite unstable..

we bought the tickets for 1.05pm show.. we walked around PS as it was still early.. (about 12pm) i actually wanted to buy a SANTA HAT!! but it seems that the rest are not very interested.. so didnt buy it in the end.. anyway, im getting one sooN! =) and its free! from the CIP! lol.. but no point.. by then Christmas is over.. well..

then the movie: WARLORDS!! some scenes are very BLOODY! one can see the blood gushing out from the neck and the cannon which blew up a soldier! OMG.. its about the 3 main actors: Andy Lau, Jet Li and Takashi (maya).. haha! =x well.. ALL of them died in the end.. sad! Cynthia and i kept jumping and screaming.. CUZ it was just too BLOODY..

after the movie, we went to grab a bite at MAC.. then accompanied jin zhe choose his bag.. walked for a LONG time looking for his bag and searching for a place for dinner.. then finally got a table at FOOD republic.. the food was DAMN EX! have to think twice before going there again.. jin zhe's rice costs $7.50!!?!?!!! OMG..

then came the funny part of the day.. we went to MAC to play BRIDGE! i kept laughing throughout the whole thing.. OMG.. because of DERRICK AND JIN ZHE! I AM LEGEND! LOL!!! i laughed until i feel feverish.. can u imagine how funny it was? LOL!

haha.. then on the MRT platform, Cynthia also made me laugh.. OMG.. i was SO DAMN HIGH!

reached home around 1130pm..

SICK!

yesterday when i woke up in the morning, i started vomiting.. then came diarrhoea.. and then vomited again..

this cycle continues until i have vomited 3 times and had diarrhoea for 4 times..

i went to rest but was still feeling very weak..

so i went to measure my temperature.. it was 38 degrees celsius!

my dad then accompanied me to a doctor.. he gave me a jab! =( pain!! then gave me some fever medicine, diarrhoea and vomit medicine..

bad! it was really bad being sick!

10th-12th DEC:

CHALET!!

FIRST DAY (monday):
PVC, delvin, jw, yp, sm and wk met at IMM at around 1015 to buy food for BBQ.. haha.. it was kinda funny cuz didnt went with them to buy groceries before... bought all the necessary stuff and then went to eat at KOPITIAM.. it was only 11 plus then..

after that, went straight to JE interchange to meet hc.. SORRY for the late notice! =x then went pasir ris! woohoo! talked a lot of crap on the train and informed MR LEE to come.. =)

reached pasir ris at 1pm.. as the check-in time is 230pm, the guys went ARCADE at white sands!! OMG.. it was always ARCADE! lol.. pvc felt bored and asked jw to play bridge with us.. haha. it was very OPEN!! we could sense pairs of eyes staring at us.. i felt weird when dealing the cards too.. =x what else can we do? haha.. continue playing lo! =P

then wk's mum came to help us check-in cuz only 18 and above can check-in! well..NEXT YEAR then! haha.. thanks to her! wk's mum just came to help us check-in! thanks very much! WOO! we checked-in early but it suddenly RAINED very very heavily!!! OMG! with only 2 umbrellas to shelter 9 ppl........ TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, our chalet was at the L block... the L block is all the way in! OMG!! in the end, most of us were drenched! =( we had to stay in the room due to the rain.. ended up playing cards.. when the rain had stopped, some of them went to buy some snacks and MAHJONG CARDS!! woohoo! then pvc, yp played MAHJONG! the 3 of them learnt very fast, thanks to WK! haha.. =)

at around 530pm, we were feeling hungry and it was BBQ time!! it was still drizzling so we had to do indoors.. no really indoors but just outside the rooms.. wk brought a portable BBQ pit and took some time to set it up.. wow! then the guys formed a formation to start the fire going with the fire starters and the charcoal.. not bad wor.. it was done fast! =) then we started BBQ-ing the chicken franks first.. they were nice ok! haha.. (pictures of the BBQ can be found on clarice's blog!) had a fun time BBQ-ing! this is the first time i ate so much in a BBQ! =) they were also, chicken wings(which are the must-haves in a BBQ), bacon(this is nice!), prawns, otah and crabsticks! wa im full!! =)

then we went back to the room and continued our bridge, mahjong and daidee! actually wanted to watch the sunrise, but i had serious gastric pains(dunno why.. maybe was too hungry) and wk had chest pains (delvin said it was due to the inhaling of too much charcoal).. sad...so only hope is the next day..

slept for a few hours only actually.. cuz i tried to sleep but was too noisy.,. so tossed and turned on the bed.. =(

SECOND DAY(tuesday):

BREAKFAST! burger king $1.95 meal! haha..it was nice! as i still have gastric pain, i drank hot milo! was fine after that..

ESCAPE!! woohoo! was looking forward to it! =)

poor clarice had stomach pain... =( she went to the toilet quite a number of times.. =(

my first ride was the RAINBOW!! pearl accompanied clarice to the toilet so didnt take the ride.. we started to say 'HUAT AH' ! it was fun! haha..

INVERTER was next! OMG.. pvc and yp were too scared to take the ride.. =( when i was down there watching them, i feel scared for them too.. =x then the 4 of us went on the roller coaster..

then the rest came to join us at the roller coaster! took 4 times in a row cuz there was no one else! we began HUAT AH!! =) but, somehow the ride made me dizzy.. i asked them how the INVERTER was like.. cuz i wanted to try! really wanted! all of them said it was okay and not scary.. u will feel stuck onto the seat when u are inverted.. well.. then LET'S GO!

i sat down and i felt scared.. i want people to accompany me.. pearl and clarice didnt take the ride.. then, the safety bars came down and pressed hard onto my leg.. another one came down to support it.. wk told me the harder it pressed down on your leg, the better it is. so i pressed it down really hard! =x AND, OMG!! HELP!! i started shouting even though it had not started...
then, it moved!! oh man.. my heart was thumping very loudly.. at first, it was just a warm-up.. it moved forward and it was almost 90 degrees to the horizontal.. then it moved backward and this time it was almost vertical.. OH MAN! then it went 360 degrees round and round!!! HELP!! my legs were trembling like mad.. wk told me to open my eyes and i did.. i saw myself going round and round about 3 rounds.. THEN........... THEN........... it stayed inverted at the top for about 3 seconds.. WOAH! my legs were trembling and shaking! i held on tightly to the hand grips and my slippers for fear they will drop out.. after that 3 seconds being inverted, it went round once again and stopped.. FINALLY! FINALLY! when i got off, my hands were numb from gripping the band bars too tightly and i was kind of in a daze.. my legs were still trembling like mad.. =x

well.. THERE'S ALWAYS A FIRST TIME! at least i tried but kind of regretted it.. oops.. maybe i need more encouragement to go onto the ride again next time.. =x

then we went onto the RAINBOW again and this time, pearl and clarice joined us! =) HUAT AH!

after that, we tried the FLIPPER! quite shuang! HUAT AH!! haha.. was very giddy and wanted to vomit.. went for a rest at burger king.. after about half an hour, it started to drizzle! OH NO! AGAIN!!! =( by then, i was okay already.. SADDED! decided to go back to chalet.. the guys went ARCADE while we girls went to bathe.. wa.. then we had the whole room to ourselves! =) i went to sleep while pearl and clarice watched HK drama..

then, we went back to ESCAPE again for the WET & WILD! woohoo! persuaded clarice to accompany me for the ride cuz i was the odd-one-out.. YEAH! she agreed! =) calmed her down and told her it was not scary.. the INVERTER was like 1000 times scarier than the WET & WILD?! it was fun!! =)

just after the ride, it rained!! AGAIN! =( but luckily, it rained JUST AFTER our ride! =) pearl actually went to queue up for the DAYTONA, but didnt get to ride it in the end! actually, DAYTONA was my favourite! haiz.. didnt get to drive it this time round.. =(

then, the guys bought a VCD.. the movie- 9.56pm... this show just sucks to the core!! ARGH.. the story had no link from the strat to the end.. =S just scared us out of our wits! pvc just screamed and screamed.. LOL.. it was funny though.. and, we don't dare to go into the toilet after the show.. =x

and, we were quite bored so started playing SPARKERS! haha.. it was fun.. we threw them onto the DAYTONA track!! OOPS! haha..

then, it was the NIGHT WALK! we walked the whole of pasir ris park! OMG.. walked very long la.. stopped at a bar for a drink.. jw and pvc were KO-ed.. wa..it was really relaxing.. with the wind and table.. lol.. really damn sleepy..

4 of us and wk decided to go back to the chalet to sleep while the rest continued their journey.. we washed up and less than a few mintues, i was in my dreams already.. haha.. woke up at 9 plus the next morning.. with a call : Are you there? Are you there? Are you there? i didnt even notice that the guys had already came back! but this noise woke me up!! arggh..

packed our stuff and the room.. then checked-out close to 11am.. went to mac for BREAKFAST..
then went home.. the guys went ARCADE with their bulky bags at jp again... =S

WOOHOO!
had a great, fun and exciting time at the chalet! if only there was no rain.. =)

07/12/07!

woo! this date is similar to my birthdate! haha!

anyway, we had a class outing yesterday!

planned to meet at 1230pm at city hall mrt.. however, only cynthia, derrick, fang yu and ME were punctual.. hence, we waited for an hour before jinzhe and zhen ning turned up! argh.. but nvm la.. since jinzhe's got his knees injured..

then went to eat at JACK'S PLACE at marina square! called bernard and bong to eat with us.. so there were 8 of us! ordered student's meal--beef with spaghetti. the taste was quite bland for me.. =( had to add chilli sauce to it..

then went looking around as bong wanted a wallet..after that, we went to meet jin xuan at city hall mrt and decided to catch the movie at JE instead cuz andy wanted to meet us too.. decided to watch GOLDEN COMPASS! haha.. advertisements are around everywhere so think should be a nice and a movie worth watching..

while on the train, we talked about random stuff and WOOHOO! =x

went to buy tickets for show at 615pm.. it was still early then, so went to play pool while waiting for andy to come.. i didn't play, instead i played SNAKES on my phone! LOL.. lame..

then it was 615.. rushed to the theatre.. was late and didnt catch a few minutes of the beginning..
but on the whole, the movie was nice! the ICE BEARS are SOOOO cute! haha! looked like my bear at home! =p well.. think there will be a part 2 to this show.. will have to spend money on part 2 then..

went to play pool again.. bong and jin xuan went lan.. we were quite bored so decided to play BRIDGE! haha.. cynthia, bernard, zhen ning and i played bridge! we sort of cheated cuz we had imbal cards.. =x we played until 9+ i think.. i was soo hungry la.. but teamed up with andy for the last round of pool.. lost.. oops! =x my fault! the rest went arcade.. LOL..

finally, got to eat my dinner! or should i say supper! =S KFC! haha.. FAMILY FEAST! =) wooHoo! then found out that zhen ning has lost his wallet! =( haiz.. hopefully he will be able to retrieve his wallet!

then, mummy called, asking me to go back asap! wah wah.. i was thinking of staying over at zhen ning's place!!! haiz.. thus, cynthia also didnt want to stay over.. sorry.. =( sad la..

anyway, had a great time at the class outing! hopefully at the next outing, there will be more people! at least half the class! =)

wOOhOO~!

it was the YOUTH SPORTS DAY in ULU PANDAN CC yesterday!

cynthia, bernard, jinzhe, derrick and his friend and ME met up at bouna vista mrt for breakfast at around 7am.. we went the usual market to eat.. i ate 4 paos.. =x they were small of cuz and i was very hungry too.. haha..

we got to the bball court and settled some stuff..when everything was done, we sat down for bridge.. =x after one game, whye wan came to tell us bball tournaments will only start at 11.. i was like OMG! but on the other hand, i thought we could play bridge for 2 hours! (it was only 845am then) unfortunately, derrick and his friend got posted to table tennis section while jinzhe and bernard got to badminton.. =( no bridge for us.. haiz.. then cynthia and i chatted about random stuff.. =x

finally, whye wan got something for us to do! we are to pack goodie bags for the participants! one thing that came straight to my mind was WOW! wonder what is inside! whether can kope some items.. haha.. =x BUT, wah wah.. we are to pack 800 goodie bags with just another 4 helpers!! 800!!! omg! cynthia's and my backs were aching after packing some bags only.. but anyway, we managed to finish all in like half an hour..

then we went to bball to wait for referees to arrive and the tournament to start.. it was 1030 then..

soon, the first match started.. WOAH! it was exciting.. i was engrossed in the match! haha.. and after the first half of the match, i had to use the loudhailer to call the next 2 teams to get ready.. i was damn paiseh la.. wonder how i sound like with that loudhailer..

of cuz, as the matches went on, i improved with my speech! and i was not tired looking at the participants competing.. haha..

soon, it was almost 1230pm.. and the organiser wanted a lunch break.. i was quite shocked! i was thinking, the matches are so exciting. why not let it continue? haiz.. sure enough, when i announced that, some teams were like, don't have lunch break la! continue! well, what can i do? IGNORE! =x

had my lunch then saw jinzhe and bernard.. accompanied them to have their lunch.. then went back to continue my speech and recording of scores..

the matches were as fun and exciting as those before lunchbreak.. haha.. really enjoyed watching them! some matches were exciting cuz the 2 teams' points were very close to the other! haha.. felt nervous for them too.. AHH!!

it was only then cynthia and i saw some SHUAI-GES! lol.. i must say, when guys are engrossed in something that they do, its when they are the most attractive! haha..

soon, we were left with the quarter-finals.. got news that the MPs are arriving soon.. so, we are to stop the match when it was until the semi-finals becuz the MPs will be playing the various sports.. haha.. VIVIAN BALAKRISHNAN was there! =) it really was an honour for me to watch MPs play sports! haha.. when the bball match was ongoing, the ball out of a sudden got into my hands and i passed it to VIVIAN! LOL.. funny sia..

continued the semi-finals..
HWA CHONG (forgot which team cuz they had 3 teams) was against ZHENGHUA CSC YOUTH. they had a tie! first time yesterday during the 20+ matches.. so each member of the team had to throw in the ball from the free-throw line.. HWA CHONG members actually got all throws in and ZHENGHUA only got 2.. BUT, one of HWA CHONG member stepped on the white line so one of the throws was not counted.. unlucky then.. so it was another tie.. THEN, the referee decided to throw a coin to decide which team can get the last throw from the free-throw line. ZHENGHUA got it and also got the throw in.. so they won.. why let fate decide which team win? i think it was a weird method.. haiz.. anyway, im not pro at all these, so not fit to comment.. =x

the second semi-final match was the other HWA CHONG team against BUKIT MERAH i think.. haha.. HWA CHONG won..

for the 3rd and 4th placing, ZHENGHUA won BUKIT MERAH.

so that means finals is HWA CHONG against ZHENGHUA! well.. it looked quite easy for HWA CHONG to win ZHENGHUA cuz the final score was like 20+ to less than 10.

HWA CHONG was quite pro la.. in some matches, when the match had just started a few seconds only, they had 1 ball in already.. so accurate!

haha.. exciting watching them compete against other teams..

there was the OPEN CATEGORY too.. some of the players are national players!! WOAH!

after the whole tournament, it was the prize presentation ceremony.. haha.. we were slacking at bball court.. didnt attend it.. the first team got 300 bucks, the second got 200 and the third got 100!

something happened to me and i was quite paiseh! =x managed to run away fast! haha..

OVERALL, i enjoyed yesterday's event! =)
