HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO DEAREST PEARL!! =)

met up with birthday girl, clarice and apf at JURONG POINT at 7 plus on TUESDAY, 29/2/08!

THANKS to DELVIN.......... i played my FIRST DDR!!! he persuaded me for a long time before i decided to try.. well.. i sort of suck at it cuz of several reasons: i see the notes wrongly( reaction not fast enough) , leg dont have enough strength , (paiseh -.- )..... BUT anyway, i tried my best and passed! hehe.. =) its quite fun actually...

then we went to PIZZA HUT for dinner to celebrate PEARL's birthday!! =) bought cake for her and sang birthday song! woohoo! hope she liked it! =)

then the guys went DDR again while we girls went home by car.. whose car? birthday girl's dad's car.. LOL! THANKS VERY MUCH! =)

HERE I AM after a week again..

woah.. i feel that this week passed really fast! perhaps its becuz the thing i did after i reached home was homework.......... rushed the homework that the tutors will be going through the next few days.. also completed my CO proposal.. but i think i did a bad job.. i think im just repeating the minutes of that meeting the COMM people had... but well, i shall just get scolded and learn my mistakes and do a better job with the next proposal: CO CAMP!

anyway, enough of these.. let's talk about happy stuff!

went to meet CLARICE at bugis after school yesterday.. sorry to keep her waiting.. went shopping! woohoo! it was fun! we talked about school, friends, CO and many more! haha.. everything under the sun! had a great time! EXCEPT for the squeezing and sweat!! it was really terrible squeezing in the crowd with others.. and yeah, i was sweating like mad.. but anyway, at least we bought new year clothes!! =)

now, i have to do some last minute checking on the proposal.. its only a PATHETIC 1-page long.. i think im just gonna get a serious scolding.. i got the list of CIP but i'm just not doing anything about it.. i kept procrastinating.. but well, i will just exclude the CIP thing.. and inform HER when i found some available CIPs..

and it will be CO practice in 3 hours time.........................................

wOOhOO!!

HAPPY belated BIRTHDAY TO JAY CHOU! haha.. its his birthday yesterday!
and.. his concert too! if only i can go.. if only i got the $ to go..
cuz heard its his 2nd time having a concert here!
all seats were taken up for the 2 days.. haha

anyway, didnt have time to update cuz of school work and CO! =(

i dont have time to even watch tv.. NO LIFE!
there was homework everyday.
had to stay back almost everyday until 6.

AND!!! i got CO every SATURDAY!! from 1130 to 630pm!!!!!!!!

i still got to write up some proposal for CO bonding..

im already feeling stressed in just the 1st month..
hopefully will be able to survive until A levels.. haha..

give me strength!

WOAH..

it's been one week since i last updated.. lazy to do so and nothing to blog about..

anyway, we sold FOOD yesterday and today to raise funds for FUN-O-RAMA! =)
the whole process was FUN!!
went to andy's place on sunday to test and try out the food (hotdog bun and cup-corns) with derrick too.. haha.. was quite successful! the food was NICE!! seriously..

went to buy more buns on tuesday.. had to carry 2 BIG BAGS of buns (15 packets of 4) and another bag of spoons, cups and plates.. THANKS TO JIAN WEI'S DAD and JIAN WEI for fetching me to school! =)

sales was not bad on wednesday! sold almost eveything! so went to buy the stuff again on wednesday.. andy and derrick came to find me at GIANT.. haha.. THANKS! if not, i will be dead carrying those hotdogs, cheese and bread! we bought 180 hotdogs and cheese and 15 packets of bread!! and THANKS TO JIAN WEI'S DAD once again! wanted to treat him to the food actually.. but too bad he dont have any breaks.. hmm.. next time then! =)

today, i had a TOUGH but FUN time persuading people to buy! found out that my convincing skills are not too bad actually!! =P but almost half of the people are those i knew.. =x TIRED okay! mouth was dry.. BUT, i really had a fun time!

PROFITS were not up to my expectations.. but well.. all that counts is the class being bonded together through this whole fund raising and the fun we had in buying the food! =) heard that we have 1 more slot to sell the food.. but due to lessons and stuff, its quite hard to sell again and earn a lot.. hmm..

well, we spent 4 hours plus for this fund raising today.. tired.. hope the class's efforts will not go down to the drain! =)

31st dec 2007- 1st jan 2008:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! =)

went out with 4a PEEPS to TOWN. reached there around 11am.. so early la! most of the shops are still closed! (for more details, refer to clarice's blog)

then, spent time rotting and stoning and window-shopping cuz the guys went arcade..

finally, at around 430pm, met up again to go DELVIN'S place for BBQ! woohoo! =) was paiseh cuz the guys were cooking for us and they can't eat becuz of this.. so, 3 of us took over! woah.. almost CRIED cuz my eyes are hurting!! had a fun time cooking the food.. there were STEAK, PRAWNS, CHICKEN WINGS, PORK, etc... NICE! especially the chicken wings.. plus fried rice cooked by delvin's mum.. haha.. a lot of funny things happened: delvin and yiping were speaking some THAI language.. the rest of us dont understand!! =(

then, it came BLACKJACK! =) weekeong was the banker again.. but his luck was quite good! cuz i lost quite a fair bit.. delvin too! of cuz, one wont be lucky for too long.. so weekeong lost much more than me! about $30!! then during the last round, he placed a bet of $15!! OMG! that is crazy! haha..

we had countdown too! woohoo! there was the atmosphere in his house too! woah! everyone shouting 10! 9! 8! all the way to 3! 2! 1! WOO! happy! =)

and when we were going home in delvin's dad's lorry, we sort of witnessed an accident! OMG.. the impact was so great that the front passenger seat door was crushed inwards!! hopefully no one was injured! AN ACCIDENT ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE YEAR!! =( guess what's the first thing that came to jian wei's mind? TAKE DOWN THE LICENCE PLATE NO.!

and yeah..
2007 is over and we have to face 2008 now..

it's the A level year for me and it's gonna be stressful!

1st JAN 2008:

mugging session with cynthia, bernard and jinzhe! venue: JIN ZHE's PLACE! haha.. cleared bernard's doubts with maths while cynthia and jin zhe mugged chem! quite effective actually.. until after lunch when derrick came at 245pm.. played bridge, GUNBOUND! LOL.. then after that, i finished differential eqns tutorial! =) jin zhe was influenced by derrick! he didnt do much later.. played bridge at around 7 plus until close to 9pm.. went for dinner at BK at westmall.. wah.. then rushed home straight!


2nd JAN 2008:

WOAH.. first day of school! tried taking bus to school.. was very early cuz left home at 620am.. reached school around 7am..

haiz.. i really dread SCHOOL reopening again! i MISS my holidays! with 4a PEEPS and CIP ppl in class! HUAT sessions and bridge sessions!

AND, i found out that my GP tutor is my CO teacher-in-charge! (ms too suat ling) OMG.. well, at least she's much better than my previous GP tutor.. =x
maths tutor changed too, the rest same..

haiz.. i realised i MUST read more newspapers and get to know more about current affairs! i failed terribly today.. =x yeah..
this is my goal: read the newspaper everyday!! =)

i'm starting to feel the stress already..
well, my new year resolutions:
1. less GUNBOUND for me.
2. less TV.
3. less time being on the computer for MSN and blogging.

4. read newspaper and get myself updated.


it will take some time for me to adapt..
but, i MUST do it! =)
